What's all the fuss about???

I'll tell you what its all about. That bloody training plan I have devised, yes Dazzler you were right to look worried.

After having done 30 miles on the bike yesterday as scheduled I thought I had better do the strength and circuits session tonight, my god my ass and legs are in bits. I have successfully managed to obliterate them in a single 1 hour gym session.

I trust everyone who has tried it felt the same? if not then you obviously didn't work hard enough, and of course if you haven't tried it yet then im only joking it was easy ;-). On a more serious note regarding the training, if we stick at it as prescribed it will work guys so keep at it.

I'm off to crawl up the stairs to bed now, with a faint glimmer of hope that I'll be able to walk in the morning, Think copious amounts of Lucozade and Deep Heat are required, And possibly some kind of protein recovery shake from Myprotein.co.uk.
